Where Malta goes out.
Paceville is the loudest square kilometre on the island, and it knows it. Bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels — all packed into the few streets between Spinola Bay and the Westin. If you came to Malta for nightlife, you came here.
It's also where Flamingo Hotel and Flamingo Concept live. We picked Paceville because it's central to everything: ten minutes to Valletta by car, walking distance to the seafront, and the bus terminus is in the middle of it. The noise stops at the building line — both properties are quiet inside.
Rooftop, sea views, casual dinner before things get loud.
The big one, top floor, 1am onward.
Wine bar, Maltese small plates, calmer end of the strip.
Daytime walk to clear the head — sea, ducks, no music.
Day pass for the pool and a quieter afternoon.
Late-night reliable. Open till 4am most weekends.
In Bay Street. Quick noodles, no surprises.
Fresh pasta, takeaway-friendly, just off the strip.
Pub food and live sport. End-of-night choice.
Bus terminus is in the middle of Paceville. Last bus around 11pm; after that, taxis or eCabs. By car: 7 minutes to Valletta, 20 to the airport. Five-minute walk to St Julian's seafront.
